Mission

Founded in 1964, The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida is the oldest community foundation in Florida, serving the citizens of Jacksonville and the four surrounding counties: Baker, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns. Today, The Community Foundation is home to more than 500 individual funds, holds $343 million in assets and has made $410 million in grants since inception. Our mission is to help our donors achieve their philanthropic goals, and to build a better community through civic and philanthropic leadership.
