Sharing the good news of God's love in Christ Jesus
Founded in 1971, Bibles For The World (BFTW) shares the good news of God's love in Christ Jesus by ministering to the unreached, to the Church and to Christian leaders in developing nations, with a strong emphasis on India. We do this by: strategically distributing Bibles, New Testaments, and other scripture portions; raising up godly, well educated children through our affiliated schools both in Northeast India and in Delhi; and networking and encouraging Indian churches and national Christian leaders for greater effectiveness. Equipping such leaders through the Trinity College and Seminary in Manipur, through our partnership with Serampore University in West Bengal, and through our networks with other fine evangelical seminaries throughout India.

Live united
Founded in 1922, Pikes Peak United Way is dedicated to addressing the underlying causes of problems and creating lasting change throughout El Paso and Teller counties. We are working to advance the common good by focusing on Successful Kids, Strong Families, Tools for Living and Community Wellness. Our goal is to create lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place. Our experience tells us that the best way to help the most people is to get to the heart of our community's most serious problems. So, while we're helping those who need help now, we're also creating lasting change. This approach maximizes our effectiveness, because it allows us to improve lives not just in the short term, and not just on the surface, but in a lasting and meaningful way that benefits the entire community.

Rescuing from Crisis. Restoring Hope.
Mercy's Gate began 35 years ago as a food pantry called Northern Churches Care. Our mission was to join together to love our neighbors in Colorado Springs by helping with their physical, financial, emotional, and spiritual needs. Over the years, we've seen the city's boundaries change and the needs of our community grow. As a result of the increased need, we've grown, expanded our services and programs, and have spread out into three different locations. Every week, through our member churches and faithful volunteers and staff, we provide much-needed food, clothing, help with utilities and rent, medical assistance . . . and most importantly, spiritual care and emotional support. The need is great.

Helping families thrive
Focus on the Family's mission is to cooperate with the Holy Spirit in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with as many people as possible by nurturing and defending the God-ordained institution of the family and promoting biblical truths worldwide. That's been our goal since 1977, when child psychologist Dr. James Dobson started a small 15-minute radio weekly broadcast. Our broadcasts now reach 220 million listeners daily, on over 7,000 stations in 160 countries. We're on the front-lines wherever legislation threatens to harm the family. We keep the printing-presses running with brochures, newsletters, magazines and books to help make sense of marriage and parenting. We've created a web and cell phone presence for immediate advice and resources.
