Gender Equality, Education, Healthcare, Sanitation & Hygiene
The Share and Care Foundation™, born 1982 in New Jersey, is the brainchild of a small group of Indian-Americans. SCF began with a very simple idea: Convert what is considered "waste" in the Western world into much needed help in the East. The idea became a reality when good quality used clothes and equipment-considered obsolete in the West but a huge leap forward in remote areas of the East-were soon being included in shipments. These supplies dramatically improved the quality of care in charitable hospitals. From its infancy, we realized the benefits of volunteerism. SCF volunteers see ourselves as catalysts, promoting low-cost, high-return programs at the grass-roots level, which have grown exponentially in last several years. We have been successful and instrumental in rebuilding lives in the rural communities of India where the government or the big nonprofits had little success. Our collaborative attitude and deep understanding of the rural issues helped overcome many challenges.

Hope 4 Kids International strives to restore the dignity stripped away from innocent children that are suffering through extreme poverty and disease. We are committed to providing access to clean water in every community we serve along with providing relief to poverty-stricken villages by building hospitals, medical and dental clinics, and sponsoring over 2,500 AIDS orphans and vulnerable children in these communities.Hope 4 Kids International recently changed our corporate domicile to the state of Arizona. As a requirement, we had to change our tax identification number. This required us to file two partial 990s for 2015. If Charity Navigator were to only use one 990 for 2015, for evaluating our organization, the numbers would not be reflected properly. Because of this, Charity Navigator will not be posting a rating using the 2015 990. Our 2016 990 will be evaluated by Charity Navigator once it is filed with the IRS.

Bringing orphans new life
